a few nights ago as all three freshly bathed boys sat in the den watching the australian open, i couldn't help but have one of those moments. one of those moments where you just feel so unbelievably blessed. one of those moments where you just want your brain to take and store a picture so you can pull it out and look at it whenever you want to. one of those moments where you just have to pause for a minute and give praise and thanks to God for all the blessings that he has so graciously poured out upon you.
a few years ago when we were still at 1st pres. in jackson, chase and i had a sunday school teacher that wanted us to memorize his favorite verse. i did, and it has since become one of my favorites (if not the favorite). it can be applied in so many different situations, and it runs through my head no telling how many times a day.
now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus, throughout all generations forever and ever. amen. Eph. 3:20
i'm definitely living a life that is way, way more than i could have ever asked for or imagined. so in the words of one of my favorite hymns: To God be the glory, great things He has done!
