Snack time

One day my grocery bill won't be quite so high because there won't be people around to eat SNACKS like this at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. He's looking at me like this is completely normal. 

 

Tupelo tennis season

Tupelo tennis played a billion matches this year, and Wes and Sam had a great run at #1 doubles.  He played a few singles matches and one mixed doubles match, but his spot at #1 doubles was home. There were only a few seniors on this team, so next year is looking promising. 

 

TCPS track season

Track kind of interferes with tennis season, so Reed only got to run in a handful of meets, but he enjoyed all the ones that he was able to attend.  Outdoor track is mostly a cold weather sport, so that took some getting used to.  But, these boys ended up state champions!

National Merit Finalist

William and Cate advanced from National Merit Semi-Finalists to National Merit Finalists.  Of course, the way I found about it was by finding the wadded up piece of paper that almost made it into the trash. Nevertheless, we are proud of this accomplishment!

 

TCPS tennis season

TCPS tennis won their division this year and laughed a lot on their way to the state tournament!  Reed mostly played doubles with Jacob, but they swapped it up every now and then!

 

Food poisoning

I'm not sure when they'll eat a loco bowl again, but it hit hard and lasted for days.  The big one lost 15 pounds.  The little one slept it off!  Glad to be finished with that one!

 

Charity Ball 2024

Charity Ball 2024 was a fancy night out for all of the high school girls and their escorts.

Somehow, William and Clay got pegged to be the ones that helped almost 200 girls walk down the stairs in their long dresses and heels.  Thankfully they made sure that not one of them fell. 

We snuck up into the stands to listen to the band for a while.

Appreciation

 Tupelo had counselor appreciation week, and they spotlighted each counselor. Mrs. Goad said her favorite thing at Tupelo was going to Structure concerts and baseball games.  Her favorite snack was Twizzlers and Diet Coke, so Structure took her a happy to show their thanks for her support! She was so grateful.
