the stuffed animals are leaving me notes now. at least he said please!
it iced and snowed and sleeted and iced and snowed and on and on for what seemed like forever. what we thought would be one day out of school was actually 8 days! thankfully, virtual school is alive and well, so we do not have to make up those days. they got lots of sledding in, and the ice made for some really great rides....especially on the golf course! chase was not the happiest to have to shovel from INSIDE the house to keep it out!! by the end of the week, we were starting to look a little bare in the fridge and pantry. lunch may have consisted of garlic bread and popcorn one day! :) when i finally got to go back to the grocery, the kids unloaded the car and then stood in front of the pantry staring and saying, "it's just so beautiful!" needless to say, we were happy to see it melt!!
everybody had different plans for the super bowl. nobody cared who won, and the halftime show was super weird. but, they had fun with friends! no pic from william's party. boys don't think of these things...
we can't always make it to the range for reed to shoot, so he's taken to getting his work done garage style with an air pistol. i'm sure the neighbors think he's crazy.
